Fine brass mounted mahogany instrument with original leather case

The lid with inclining sights and 90* protractor arc scale, also with more spirit levels and engraved distance scales
The inside lid houses a separate 90* protractor
Inscribed with owner J. Richardson CE Neath

In very good sound condition and fully functional
small chip the the mahogany edge of the protractor housing,
wear and losses to the leather case
Instrument body 3,1/16" or 78mm square x 1,5/16" or 34.5mm thick
weight 273 grams
