An absolutely charming substantial oak vintage train ticket cabinet with hundreds of original train tickets from stations all over the United Kingdom. The cabinet dates to the early 20th century, c.1920. The tickets it contains are later. Not all tickets have been inspected but those picked at random have dated between the 1960s and 1980s; earlier tickets may be present.

The cabinet has some wear commensurate with age (please see photographs) but remains in a good attractive condition overall.

Unlike the usual larger self-standing ticket cabinets, this piece will easily sit on a desk or within a cabinet.

A scarce collector's piece.
