Description

An extremely fine early 20th century gentleman's clothes stand in solid English beechwood. It retains a particularly rich mahogany finish of great depth with a superb lustre shine, and is in sound structural condition that is sturdy and ready to be used. This fine valet - the best we've seen in many years - has three connecting rails and an elongated built-in tray for coins and keys etc. The beautifully sculpted hanger will gently support jackets and blazers, and on the top rail (with its original hooks to each end) can be draped folded trousers. An incredibly useful piece of furniture that would grace any gentleman's bedroom. Edwardian, c.1910/c.1920.
