Description

Victorian solid rosewood glazed box frame, maroon velvet to fine moulded gesso gilt inner frame and slip, circa 1875.

To display with easel support or hung on brass rings.

Marked on the back FALL . 9 BAKER STREET

Thomas Fall, 1833-1900, Photographer Studio or Business (1874-1877) 9 Baker Street Saint Marylebone, Westminster London

In good sound condition ready to use and display.

Some wear and lifting of the faux leather paper backing.

Six screws are removed to access the mounting area

Overall size 11" x 9,3/8" or 28cm x 24cm.

Visible image area 5,1/8" x 3,5/8" or 13 cm x 9cm

Each frame weighs 1040 grams

I have two identical frames available, £135 each + P&P
