A?favourite of the Grand Tour, and increasingly rare, mid 19th century siena marble model of the Tomb of Scipio after the original in the Vatican Museum, Rome. Carved compartments to be used as a desk tidy or inkwell. Hand painted dedication to the front. Rome, circa 1840.
