Description

A top quality example of a late 19th to early 20th century leather gun case. This finely-stitched case retains its original handle and straps and has a brass latch – no key – that closes shut to keep the lid secure. The baize interior is a little worn but is original. With its exceptional finish having a rich, warm colour and patination, this piece would make a superb addition to any vintage leather collection. It is English, and it dates from c1895 — c1910.
