Exquisite 19th Century Miniature Walnut Flower Press

Description

Exquisite and very beautiful, wonderful quality, early 19th century George III solid walnut miniature flower press. This beautiful piece shows great detail and has been made by a top craftsman. The shape is very nice. The base has a drawer which is mahogany and pine lined and displays very fine dovetails, the knob is original.

The press stands on its original turned walnut bun feet. The thread is in perfect condition with no chips and the top of the stem has a nice shape finial.

The piece is in totally original and un-touched condition and has a great colour and patination. A very nice piece of Georgian treen.
