As part of our Japanese art collection we are delighted to offer this pair of bronze and mixed metal brush pots now ideal as vases , the vases have been formed as large toads with bulging coloured eyes using the gaping mouths as the vase itself , the body''s realistically cast as slimey toad skin , the plump bellies have been further decorated in onlaid mixed metals and depict Dragonfly and insects amongst foliage , an extremely unusual pair of vases from the highly renowned Nogawa factory and stamped with the factory seal to the underside.
The condition is great and ready for immediate use.
