Good Set of 7 Victorian Indian Colonial Measures

Description

Good set of Victorian British colonial, Indian copper and brass measures. These measures are of extremely good quality and manufacture, they are not light weight in any way.

There are all stamped up in SEER's which is the normal Indian measure for solid products such as rice and grain etc. They were made in Bombay and are all stamped with the makers mark.

The bases are especially nice as can be seen in the photos.

The biggest one is 6" diameter by 5 1/2" tall, the smallest one is 1 1/2" diameter by 1 3/4" tall.

The sizes are as follows; 2 seers, 1 seer, 1/2 seer, 1/4 seer, 1/8 seer, 1/16 seer and 1/32 seer.
