Japanese Ivory Netsuke Dragon Rising from Censor Meiji Period

As part of our oriental collection we are delighted to offer this great little Japanese ivory netsuke , the unusual subject depicts a coiled dragon rising out of what looks like a censor , the carved and stained detail are difficult to show on the photo's but he is a good Meiji period netsuke that has a two character signature to the underside.
