Fabulous Quality Ivory and Agate Desk Seal

Description

Here we have on offer a most gorgeous crisply carved ivory desk seal , the seal itself appears to be made from a green agate hardstone inset with latin type writing , the gilt embossed ferrell joins the agate to its ivory handle deeply carved with a trailing leaf and rose design , a most beautifull object that is so tactile you just cannot put it down !

Condition is superb and a lovely mellow honey colour with only minor stable age cracks on the ivory

Approximate height 8cm or 3 1/4"
