Antique French Louis XV Style Lamp Table | Floral Marquetry

Antique 20th century French Louis XV style side table, an elegant and well-proportioned piece of good quality, showcasing fine craftsmanship and beautifully chosen veneers.

The circular top is quarter veneered and inlaid with a central floral marquetry spray within a shaped cartouche, with a crossbanded edge.

It has a shaped serpentine frieze and stands on four slender cabriole legs ending in gilt metal sabots.

The veneers display a stunning figured grain and a warm, rich colour, with the pale floral marquetry standing out beautifully against them.

Presented in good condition commensurate with age. A very desirable French side table, a perfect addition to any living room, bedroom or hallway.
