Antique Georgian Mahogany Extending Dining Table | D End

Antique early 19th century Georgian D end dining table in mahogany, a handsome and well-proportioned piece of good quality, showcasing fine craftsmanship and the elegant simplicity of the period.

The table is formed of two D end sections which can be used together as a generous table, or extended with the additional leaf to seat more guests comfortably. The sections are joined with original brass table clips, making it quick and easy to set up for larger gatherings.

The top has a finely reeded edge and gently rounded corners, sitting above deep friezes veneered in flame mahogany. The table is raised on eight elegant square tapering legs, a classic feature of Georgian dining furniture.

The mahogany displays a lovely figured grain and a warm, rich colour, with a deep patina built up over many years of use.

The table separates into its two ends and the leaf for easy transport. Presented in good condition with some marks to the top consistent with age. A very desirable Georgian dining table, perfect for any dining room or country kitchen.

• Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected prior to dispatch and delivered by our trusted private courier using a two-person team.

• Your piece will be delivered to the room of your choice, provided there is suitable access. For items supplied in sections, assembly is not included as part of the delivery service.

• Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–15 working days from receipt of payment. The courier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and provide an approximate arrival time.

• If you have any particular delivery requirements, please let us know before purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Collection is available free of charge from our stockroom at WR6 5JE, by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient collection date and time.
