Description

A beautiful Victorian burr walnut fold‑over games table, richly figured and full of character. The demi‑lune top has striking burr walnut veneers with delicate inlaid decoration, opening to a vibrant blue baize playing surface in excellent condition. The fold‑over action is smooth, with the original hinges intact.

The base stands on four finely turned legs joined by an ornate carved stretcher with scrolling detail and a central finial, all raised on small brass castors. The walnut has developed a warm, glowing patina, highlighting the quality of the craftsmanship.
