CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition with light wear consistent with age and use. The oak shows a warm, even tone, with some age-related marks, scratches, and staining to the top surface. Drop-leaf ends open and close smoothly, with hinges and supports in good working order. Solid, stable, and ready for use.
