A wonderful antique Victorian mahogany console table, made in England and dating from around the 1840-1850 period.

It is of superb quality, crafted from absolutely gorgeous solid mahogany. It is a useful size, it is quite rare to find an early model like this. The legs are beautifully turned and fluted, this is a strong and sturdy item. There is an unusual and useful single drawer that opens from the side of the top.

We have had this stripped and re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with just some minor historical wear and small marks remaining here and there. This has a gorgeous colour tone and patina.
