A pair of large Chinese provincial porcelain bowls (Qing Dynasty, 18th/19th century) painted in underglaze blue with bands of calligraphy and objects to the outer face and additional markings to the inner base.

Overall condition is very good with light age-related wear and tear and some light chips to the rim of both bowls. Please see images for details.

This pair of Chinese provincial porcelain bowls dates from the Qing Dynasty in the 18th or 19th century. Each round decorative vessel has a flared rim and stands on a circular foot ring, formed in off-white porcelain with blue underglaze decoration. The outer faces display bands of calligraphy and object motifs, accompanied by additional markings to the inner bases, alongside light age-related wear and tear and minor chips on the rims of both bowls.
