This large nineteenth-century English country serving table takes the form of a long rectangular sideboard constructed from solid pine timber. The entire piece wears a muted green painted finish showing honest surface wear, scuffs and edge fading consistent with a rustic farmhouse aesthetic. Set beneath the overhanging top board, the long frame incorporates two wide drawers fitted with small round turned metal knob handles. Below the drawers, four straight square legs connect to a continuous open lower potboard shelf running the full length of the table base. The table measures 76 cm high, 243 cm wide and 51 cm deep.
