The Imari pattern is Spode pattern 1495. It is hand-painted in shades of orange, blue, and gold.
The dishes feature a traditional flower basket filled with peonies and a charming garden fence. The wide borders of the dishes display four cartouches, each showcasing a songbird amid flowers. It is the exquisite gilding that makes these dishes exceptional!
