Copeland Spode Commemorative Scottish Act of Union Teapot

This is. A rare opportunity to become an historical custodian!

Manufactured in North Staffordshire, England, by “Copeland Spode”

The two kingdoms Scotland and England were brought together by the parliamentary acts of union in 1707 and this is identified on one side of the teapot and the opposite side 1901 is identified

This period in history 1707- 1901 is thought to be the identifying period of “rule Brittania” and quintessential “Britishness”.

Significant times within he history of the United Kingdom and the rule of the British Empire.

The teapot body is a deep cobalt blue and it has the applied spigware in a pastel blue , with an applied pale blue spout and handle.

The teapot is in pristine condition, free from and restoration or conservation . Original condition.

Manufactured . Dating 1901

Approx 16cm tall to tip of the lid and 22cm length from handle to tip of the spout
