An exquisitely carved 19th century, Anglo Indian wall panel or pelmet circa 1880 with a richly carved series of pierced padouk wood panels, featuring a profusion of floral theme decoration and birds, the panels probably started life as the folding panel base to an octagonal table and later mounted onto batons.

A superbly stylish wall panel or perfect pelmet for a wall hanging, door entrance etc..
