Description

A Victorian mahogany side table with raised gallery back and sides. The rectangular top sits above two drawers, fitted with period pressed handles and pull, and is raised on turned legs. Well proportioned and of practical form, this table would suit use as a side table or small writing desk. Displaying a rich colour and restrained detailing, a particularly pleasing example.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. Some small white surface staining to the top consistent with minor water marking. Minor knocks and scuffs to edges and legs. Drawers open and close running smoothly. Overall structurally sound, presenting well with an attractive rich colour and patina.
