Unusual but very good quality Arts & Crafts three tier gilded brass plant stand. Quite a mixture of styles in the overall design. The whole piece shows really nice detailing and is very well made. The feet are an especially nice shape.

SIZE; 11" diameter by 38" high overall. The rings are 5 1/4" diameter
