Lee Wright Antiques & Interiors Ltd has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
An Exceptional Quality Late English Regency Period Rosewood Library Table.
It stands on two end supports with a high stretcher which is disguised by the apron and frieze. The frieze contains two hidden drawers, and each corner has corbels supporting the overhanging top. The edge of the top has a carved moulding and there are further flourishes of carved detail on the end supports, and applied roundel paterae and on the flattened bun feet which have lotus flower carving on them.

A very elegant table made from the very best timber. The quality of workmanship suggests a maker such as William Trotter of Edinburgh or his English rival Gillows of Lancaster and London.
