Beautiful and Elegant Young Lady from circa 1900 Painted on Porcelain. Beautifully painted and unusually not signed. We are offering another interesting risque young lady in another listing in a matching frame; look out for it.
Measuring 33.5 cm x 21.0 cm framed, this fabulous example is one from a group we recently acquired. Look out for the others. This is a stunning rectangular decorative ceramic panel, exquisitely hand-painted with a young lady in her finest attire for the period. The panel is mounted in a gilded wooden frame (some damage to the frame). The piece is almost certainly English, but I cannot verify if it is attributable to any of the better-known factories. It has come from a large private English country house collection.
