The quality is denoted by each bar being stamped with the makers initials GH and serial number 2357, which match, proving that these are a true pair. Both wall plates and curtain plate feature classical decorative designs. The curtain plates are especially sumptuous with a cabochon encircled by laurel, roses and ribbon garland.
