Antique Georgian Mahogany Silver Table/ Side Table with Cabriole Legs

Description

Here we have an exquisite antique Georgian silver table in Cuban mahogany. The beautifully figured top is crossband and has a lovely shaped edge. Unfortunately the photographs do not do any justice to the lovely rich colour of the table. To the front is a drawer with cock beading to the edge and a pretty shaped brass country plate handle. The drawer has lovely fine dovetail joints and is complete with it's lock and key which is a lovely feature.

The table is then raised on cabriole legs with pad feet.

As can be seen from the photographs this is a lovely piece of furniture. Which is superb nice quality.

The approximate MAXIMUM dimensions are:

- 36 inches (91.5 cm) wide.

- 22 1/2 inches (57 cm) deep.

- 28 inches (71 cm) high.

From the above dimensions is can be seen that this table is of lovely proportions.

The table dates to circa 1820/30.

CONDITION: The table is in lovely antique condition as you will note from the photographs just minor marks commensurate with age and use. Please study photographs carefully as they form part of the description and condition, as what you view is exactly what you will receive.

Overall this is a super opportunity to purchase a silver table which would make a wonderful addition to any home.
