Antique wedding camel / horse headdress from Afghanistan. Circa 1900. Extremely rare and in beautiful condition.

Hand knotted, camel / horse head dressing (rug) with natural dyes. Some additional very fine stiching work to garment. A wedding ceremony (and dowry) piece for full dressage.

Dimensions (main head / neck garment)

Length=120cm; Width=80cm approx. Tassles and sides pieces 40cm long. Original fixing ties present. Superb.
