Antique Mahogany Console Side Table

1920 - 1940
Description

A lovely antique mahogany console side table in the Queen Anne style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1930’s.

It is of very fine quality and is a useful size. The top has gorgeous flame mahogany grain patterns and a cross banded edge. There is a lovely gadrooned edge around the top, crisp carving at the knees, with cabriole legs terminating in scrolled acanthus leaf feet.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.

Depth – 14 inches , 36 cm

Height – 28 inches , 70 cm
