A fine and rare early 18th Century Walnut Lowboy with carved cabriole legs, of glorious colour and retaining the untouched original handles.
The figured matched walnut top with Fruitwood feather banding, having cross grain ogee moulding with inverted corners. The front with classic three drawer formation with feather banding and cockbeading to the edge, wonderfully patinated handles, well shaped freeze and very good book matched ends. The legs carved with a finely tooled shell, a bell flower and the ear pieces with scalloped edge. A very beautiful piece in very good solid original condition, having good clean oak drawer linings throughout.
