Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
There is crisp carving around the edges and on the stretched base. The legs are nicely turned and fluted, this is polished and identical on all sides, so is can be used as a free standing item.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent throughout. The marble has lovely colours, it lifts out for ease of transport and is also damage free.
