18th Century Flintlock Blunderbuss By The Italian Gunmaker "Francesco Rossi.

The blunderbuss with a decorative steel two-stage octagonal barrel at the first part & then round after rings, the nozzle elliptically bell-mouthed. The first part of the barrel is inlaid with a small amount of what looks like Gold.
 
Flintlock with flat lock plate and signed ''ROSSI''.
 
Walnut wooden full stock. Mid to late 18th Century.
 
The lock in good working order both on half-cock & full-cock.
