This is a George III mahogany snap top table with a beautiful colour and good antique patina dating from around 1790.

The table is in solid mahogany with a reeded central column and tripod base and tilt action solid mahogany top which still has its original hand forged iron catch in good working order.

This has a very old and solid repair to the base as photographed so has had a life but is sound and solid ready for years more use.

A very charming, lovely little table with loads of character.

The table is a very useful size measuring 56 cms by 53 cms and 74 cms high.

With the table opened the overall height is 104 cms.
