Pair Antique Japanese Kutani Ginger Jars

An excellent quality pair of Japanese kutani ginger jars dating from the mid 19th Century. They are beautifully hand painted with traditional scenes and gilt details. Each pot has its original lid and there are makers marks on the bases.
 
They are in excellent condition for their age and display beautifully. There are no major damages, chips, cracks or restoration. There are some minor surface marks and signs of age but nothing detrimental.
