C19th Large Walnut And Specimen Marble Centre Table Of Bold Proportions

Magnificent C19th large walnut and specimen marble centre table; bold proportions with great presence; the spectacular octagonal marble top centred by a large panel of red Languedoc with a narrow banding of white Carrara surrounded by Violet Brocatelle and red Levanto finishing with a bold Breccia moulded edge. Raised on the substantial carved walnut base having a turned tapering column supported by three richly carved dolphins with swirling tails and good facial expression. Retaining original brass concealed castors.
