A beautiful 19th century ash and sycamore tripod table c1810, with a circular tilting top made from two pieces of sycamore. The base is beautiful turned from ash with elegantly shaped legs and the whole thing has a fantastic golden colour.
One of the nicest tripod tables I’ve come across. This is in completely original condition with a lovely colour and a well turned base.
Condition: The table top has some water marks and stains, but nothing of note, and for me they add to its character. The clasp that locks the table top in place doesn’t click in when you lower the top to the base - you have to do it manually. Otherwise in very good condition throughout.
