This is a great size and is of amazing quality.
There is a small lever mechanism built in to the base that can be lifted to stop the top from collapsing when tilted up.
The rosewood grain patterns are absolutely stunning throughout, and this sits on a finely carved and very impressive base. The base is beautifully carved, and sits on original brass casters.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
