Description

A very pretty and unusual green painted sewing table in chinoiserie style, circa 1920-30, the pagoda shaped top with a carved 'mon' to the bottom left corner, opening to reveal a compartmentalised interior and scroll shaped mirror attached with gilt brass mounts, upon four scroll shaped supports with carved & pierced corner brackets, the two front supports with gilt metal dragon mounts, joined by a pierced under-tier with a central brass medallion.
