Description

Lovely pair of c19th French louis xv style solid cherrywood sofa end tables or side tables, circa 1880.

Good decorative tables and such a useful size, so hard to find suitable free standing tables to use either end of a sofa, or they would also make good bedside tables too perhaps.

The tops of the tables are painted in a "faux" marble effect, a single drawer below and stand on four shaped legs with ormolu mounts to the feet.

There is a corner off one drawer as you can see in the photo, not terribly noticable so I have left it as you see it...but if you would prefer this to be restored, I can do it for you for around £80.

Measuring:

25 1/2” or 65cm high

17 1/2” or 44.5cm wide

21 3/4” or 55cm long

Delivery to most England, Wales and Scotland addresses at £55 +vat, but please send me your postcode if you are a bit remote or coastal as it could be more...or you are very welcome to collect from me in Uppingham, Rutland

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
