The top opens to double the size to reveal a green baize playing surface ideal for card games. It has a beautifully figured frieze with reeded edge and four elegant turned legs and the mahogany is a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
