This pair of solid oak lamp tables dates from the 1920s and exhibits a classic traditional style with a bleached light finish. Each table possesses a rectangular top, a single front drawer furnished with a round metal pull handle, and four heavily turned baluster legs joined by low rectangular stretchers. The timber shows a pale honey-brown tone with visible wood grain, while the turned elements display ring mouldings and block feet. Each piece measures 56 cm high, 55 cm wide, and 40 cm deep. These versatile occasional tables suit placement in a living room, study, or bedroom as lamp or bedside stands. Their compact proportions allow them to fit easily beside armchairs, sofas, or beds, providing a sturdy surface and convenient under-top drawer storage for daily items. The solid construction and neutral light wood colour integrate smoothly into various interior decorative schemes, from rustic country houses to contemporary apartments.
