Taxidermy - Lady Amherst Pheasant by Peter Spicer & Sons Leamington Spa

Description

Circa 1904 -1920. Recently fresh to the market from a 103 year old lady. The Bird magnificently modeled against a beautiful painted back drop within an ebonized case with gilt quadrant beading to the front (this being the firms most expensive model). Signed pebble internally and with large trade label pasted to the rear of case.

114cm wide x 64cm high x 33.5cm deep.
