Curious Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
There are two aprons one with silver embellishments and the other gold, a sash with masonic badge and another sash with a number of medals attached. Several of the medals refer to the person being a steward and are marked East and West Kent. Another refers to the Royal Masonic institute for boys. A large badge/medal is inscribed Bro E Temple, number 6046 and lists other members who presented the sash to worshipful brother Temple. An interesting collection for those interested in social history and the Masons.
