This is a perfect example of an English 19th Century lead lined sink on separate stand. The lead lined sink has a buttermilk colour painted exterior which has aged beautifully and shows a natural crackle finish. The separate base is sturdy and well made from pitch pine and has a wonderful natural aged patina. This would make a truly stunning herb planter or similar addition to a traditional conservatory or in a kitchen garden.

Wherever it will be placed it can only add its own very special charm and enhance the décor.
