A really lovely example of a 1920s truncheon. It is polychrome-decorated with the king''s cypher and George Regina initials, and has the word ''Constable'' hand painted across the shaft. This superb policeman''s hardwood truncheon is in original condition and has a wonderful untouched glowing patina. It is true and straight, with no splits or repairs. English, c.1920s.
