Woven in the style of earlier Ottoman velvets this highly decorative Italian textile has wonderful presence with a glowing red background and a dramatic repeat palmette design brocaded in metal thread and pink silk. It exudes luxury and sophistication and would make a superb wall hanging. Clean and in excellent condition.
