Georgian Brass Bound Mahogany Cellarette C.1800

Description

George III mahogany cellarette c.1800. Of tapering octagonal form with a useful flat-top and lockable lid opening to reveal space inside for 10 standard wine bottles. Brass bindings around the lid and body, and large carry handles at the sides. On a simple stand with four tapering legs, splayed for stability and raised on the original brass barrel castors. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
