A 19th century Tunbridge Ware nutmeg grater in the shape of an egg, with a mosaic inlaid lid.
The nutmeg grater unscrews in the middle to reveal the grater, the wooden rim around the grater has been replaced, this in turn pulls off for storage of nutmegs.
It measures 6cm l x 4cm w.
