Description

The shaped profusely inlaid top housing a band of the finest marquetry inlays exhibiting timbers such as Palm wood, Tulipwood, Satinwood, Kingswood and other exotic timbers, in symmetrical arrangements of boxwood latticework panels around floral embellished garlands encompassing quarter book matched burr walnut centre, the top with smoothed moulded edges above an exquisite burr walnut shaped frieze with Satinwood and Palmwood contrabanding; supported by the scrolling triform solid walnut base having rounded Kingwood edges and florally inlaid legs and matching marquetry knees, finishing on secret brass and ceramic castors.
