A wonderfully decorative Victorian three panel decoupage screen. The screen frame is in very good quality solid mahogany of a rich red untouched colour and patina, all in excellent condition. The panels of the screen are all decorated with the most amazing decoupage and rather unusually both front and back. The range of images are endless from Royalty and military to hunting and romantic. The panels overall are in good condition but as is always the case with these screens there are some minor areas of loss and damage but not overly so. The whole is an exceptionally good example of the type with bags of decorative impact. C.1870.
